- Ubud. The first destination you should visit is Ubud – the cultural heart of Bali. This charming town has been home to Balinese royalty since the 9th century. The first sight you should check out when visiting Nusa Penida is Kelingking Beach. You can get a breathtaking view from above or bravely walk down hundreds of steps to reach the water below.
