Is It Windy In Bali In August?
It depends on how we define “windy”. What tends to happen during the drier months in Bali is that the humidity drops and the number of hours of sunshine goes up.
This creates a feedback loop with the ocean which makes for a light breeze on land almost all of the time as the cooler air from the sea moves to displace the warmer air on land.
This makes the weather even more pleasant because if you’re sweating in the Bali sun, it evaporates faster in the breeze.
However, if we mean “windy” as in “like a hurricane” then Bali is absolutely not windy in August and it’s perhaps the month with the least chance of extreme winds of the whole year.
