Outsite is a great place to connect with new friends as you all will be staying in one spacious villa with a shared kitchen, swimming pool, and lush garden with palm trees.
Every corner of the house has fast wifi (about 91 Mbps), and although you share space with other people, there is plenty of room to meditate, train, or read a book.

Outpost Canggu
Outpost is one of the oldest and well-known co-living places in Bali. Rooms are very affordable, which will allow you to save money (starting from 29 USD or 45 AUD).
No dorms here, just hotel-style rooms with a balcony or pool view and TV, wardrobe, and shower. The downside is that the cheapest rooms don’t have a desk.
Although Outpost is one of the OG coworking and coliving spaces in Bali, over the years, they don’t seem as well-maintained as newer developments. Yet, for everyone who came to Bali before 2021, they know Outpost and tend to stay there anyway.

Shashavata is a fantastic coliving space in Canggu surrounded by rice fields. The complex is located on a quieter street, still very close to cafes and a short ride from the beach.
The hotel-type rooms with twin or queen beds are minimalist, tidy and come with a small fridge and a simple desk.
Downstairs, you will find a swimming pool, a 24/7 coworking room, and a cafe. On the 5th floor, there is some gym equipment to stay in shape (without spending extra on a gym membership). All the guests gather together for live music sessions every Friday, too.

Mainly known as a coworking space, Tropical Nomad actually has great live and work packages for digital nomads.
There are 3 different accommodation options with different budgets in mind (from simple rooms to villas), but each comes with private bathrooms, cleaning, access to shared facilities like the kitchen and pool (except private villas where all the facilities are your own, of course), and a dedicated desk at the co-working.

This Pererenan Co-working and coliving space is a direct Tribal competitor as they are literally next door to each other. Camp 308 is a 2-storey guesthouse-type complex with private rooms, shared pool, and lounge area with food and work space at the ground floor.
This spot is super close to the beach, and the rooftop is a real treat for some sunset coconut sipping or chilling with fellow nomads.
The only downside (same as in Tribal, honestly) is that the chairs in the coworking space are not office chairs, but regular wooden restaurant chairs.

A budget coliving option, 20-minute ride from Berawa Beach. Renovated Balinese house complex, Cornerstone offers different types of rooms, a shared pool, and a kitchen-living room area.

Two things we like about Cornerstone – almost 300 Mb fast internet, and a parking area that is locked!

Just across the shortcut, in Umalas, there is another cool spot for remote workers to stay – Nomad Hub.
They have a very homey coliving space and coworking cafe (only open till 5 PM). There are rooms with or without breakfast included and private villas with 1 to 4 bedrooms to book.
