This open-air hangout has big screens, pool tables and a rock-solid drinks menu for you to work through in the beer garden at James Cook Sports Bar.
They’re open earlier and later than many of the other sports bars in Canggu which means if you want live sports, this is one of the best sports bars.
However, it’s quite pricey for what it is and the Western favourites on the menu are tasty enough but it’s not huge value for money.

Nirvana Sports Bar
This sports bar regularly hosts live music so be warned that if you want to watch live sports on the big screen, you may not always be able to hear what’s going on.
However, the service here is great and the food is pub grub (think shepherd’s pie, fresh seafood from the local fish markets, etc.) with local touches.
If you’re in the mood for cold drinks and a decent feed without spending a fortune, Nirvana Sports Bar is a good option.

Score is a typical hotel sports bar and it’s more the sort of place that you visit when you’re staying in the hotel than one you make a special trip for.

Y Sports Bar
Y Sports Bar is the furthest bar on our list from Canggu and it’s a good place for watching live sports and big sporting events but you probably don’t need to travel this far, unless you’re stuck between Seminyak’s famous Eat Street and Kuta.
However, the one reason that people do seem to go out of their way to visit this one of the sports bars in Bali is that it hosts its own live sports – midget boxing to be precise. It’s one of the few sporting events held in Bali.
