So, book your next meal in Legian in confidence, these really are the best restaurants in Legian and you’re going to have a very tasty time of things, indeed.
Note: Legian Restaurants make, even for Bali, an unusually high number of Facebook and Instagram accounts instead of a traditional website.
This is perfectly normal in Southeast Asia and many businesses may not even realize that a Facebook account isn’t, technically, a website.
There are fine dining establishments in Bali that rely on Facebook and/or Instagram as well as more humble warungs. The quality of a business’s online presence rarely represents the quality of its food.
Similarly, the absence of a web presence is probably more of a comment on a restaurant’s success via word of mouth than on its food quality.
Many great places in Bali are completely offline, don’t let it put you off visiting.

FAQs
Is Legian A City In Bali?
Legian is not so much a city in Bali as it is a beachfront town. It’s to the North of Kuta and to the South of Seminyak.
There may come a point when the three urban areas come together to form a single city, but for now, they are all towns built on former fishing villages.
Is Legian Worth A Visit?
Yes, in fact, after Kuta, Legian has been the most popular place to stay in Bali over the years.
It has a more relaxed vibe than Kuta and Legian Beach is less crowded than Kuta Beach.
Staying, eating, etc. in Legian is still relatively cheap (similar to Kuta) but it often feels like less hassle to be in Legian than in Kuta.
Is It Better To Stay In Seminyak Or Legian?
It very much depends on what you want out of your holiday. Legian offers more bargains and more local interactions, though it’s not exactly a cultural hotspot.
In contrast, Seminyak really exists to cater for a certain kind of tourist, that wants luxury and is willing to pay for it.
Typically Legian attracts families and Seminyak attracts young people looking to see and be seen.
However, both areas also see a wide range of other types of tourists and nobody seems to have a bad time in either place.
