Soya in Sanur is one of our favourite places on that side of the island, we don’t get there often but when we do, we’re face down in a bowl of tonkotsu ramen which uses pork broth rather than chicken to deliver a unique flavour.

We recommend trying their ramen before you get fired into the sushi (which you most assuredly will as the sushi is very good here).
Just be aware that you pay for any extras you order, so if you want bamboo shoots, for example, they will be invoiced at the end of the meal. That seems fair to us and we find the food at Sushi Kyuden to be very good value for money.

Dahana is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of this busy tourist area and you can enjoy this one of the best ramen spots in Bali in peace and quiet in a tranquil outdoor setting.
The ramen is excellent and the poolside dining is a nice touch. We found the staff to be super helpful here and they really know their ramen.
