Restaurants in Nusa Penida don’t get much better or simpler than this delightful place which specializes in Asian, Indonesian, and seafood dishes.
It’s open all day serving delicious food and cocktails from breakfast time to late at night.
We love the ocean view here and found it to be very soothing as we sipped on our daiquiris.
It’s also not very far from our dream beach, Diamond Beach and after some nyat nyat fish here, we love to go for a walk in the sand.

This very simple restaurant in Nusa Penida near Angel’s Billabong and Broken Bay is one of the best breakfast stops we can think of on the island.
You can get smoothie bowls, a solid eggs benedict and more and everything is made with locally sourced ingredients.
It’s one of the best restaurants on the island for vegetarian options and they have a fair number of smartphone charging points too.
We went with the fried chicken oyster and the mixed rice and it was good value and very tasty.

This is one of the best restaurants in Nusa Penida by a mile and it’s a bit more upscale than most and the prices reflect that.
If you want a beautiful view and a sunset bar then Amok Sunset is the place to go. The food quality is absolutely top notch and their fresh salads are excellent.
We had some Indonesian dishes here including some grilled fish in a sweet and sour sauce and a really good nasi goreng. Everything was great.
However, be warned that if you want to enjoy the good food here, you have to navigate one of the bumpiest roads in Indonesia to get to the car park.
