This is a gourmet place and one of our favourite Italian restaurants, if not our favourite Italian restaurant on the island.
It’s great for a romantic dinner or just to hit the spot when you fancy some Italian fine dining.
The gnocchi here is so light that one person we know says, “it tasts like what I imagine clouds to taste like!”

We really enjoyed the chili garlic prawns, and the char-grilled octopus was simply amazing.
It’s a busy place, though, so it’s a good idea to make a reservation instead of hoping to snag a seat on the spot.

Italian Restaurants In Uluwatu
La Baracca Bali

We’re total fans of the truffle oil pasta at La Baracca. It’s the perfect way to gear up for one of their top-notch pizzas.
The tuna tartare salad is a winner too, packing a punch with fresh local produce.
We do have a tiny gripe, though. One of our mates is pretty tall, and he finds the seats a bit cramped for legroom at La Baracca.
Aside from that, we can’t recommend this place enough!
