Tanah Lot Cooking Class
Not far from Canggu, there is a beautiful water temple called Tanah Lot. The region it is located known as Tabanan is green and quiet, and the people here still keep the generational recipes of the traditional Balinese dishes.
The cooking class will be a whole day experience. First, you will visit a local market where you will buy all of the fresh ingredients for the class. The chef will then briefly explain the local ingredients and how Balinese and Indonesians use them.
What we loved the most about this class was that then we proceeded to cook 12 dishes – unheard of for most cooking classes offering no more than 3. You can take home all the recipes in a little cookbook. Immediately after that, the feast awaits with free-flow soft drinks.
To top the cooking class experience, you will join the Tanah lot temple tour before you head home.
