FINNS PARTY LIMO TERMS & CONDITIONS

FINNS PARTY LIMO Terms & Conditions

  1. Any damage to, loss of, or misuse of the FINNS Party Limo or its equipment is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking and will be charged accordingly.
  2. If the address provided is incorrect or unserviceable, the Limo booking will be converted into F&B credit, which will be added to the total minimum spend (MS) for your group.
  3. The Party Limo package is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The list of inclusions cannot be altered or replaced under any circumstances.
  4. Guests with arrive before 1pm bookings cannot schedule the 2:00 PM or 5:00 PM Limo pickup slots.
  5. Late guest arrivals are not the responsibility of FINNS. No refunds or time extensions will be granted.
  6. FINNS is not liable for accidents, injuries, or delays that occur during Limo transfers. Travel is at the guest’s own risk.
  7. If the villa is outside the service radius, the Limo booking will be converted into F&B credit and added to the group’s total minimum spend.
  8. The Limo has a strict maximum capacity of 8 guests. Additional guests will not be permitted to board.
  9. If the booking is amended and the Limo is no longer available due to scheduling or occupancy, the value of the Limo will be converted into F&B credit and added to the total minimum spend.
  10. In the rare case that FINNS is unable to provide the Limo service, the full value will be automatically issued as F&B credit for use during your visit.
  11. All standard venue terms and conditions apply.
