I Gusti Ngurah Rai is the international airport in Denpasar (code DPS) – the only airport, so far, that brings travellers in and out of Bali.
If you have a longer layover, transit or just some spare hours before boarding your flight, here are all the Bali airport lounges available for passengers both in domestic and international terminals.
Does Bali Airport Have Any Lounges?
Bali Airport has only one internal lounge – Concordia Lounge, which is available both in domestic and international terminals and also international lounges like Garuda (Sky Team) and Blue Sky lounges.
However, none of the lounges are open 24/7. The domestic airport lounge Concordia is open from 5 AM to 11 PM, but the international terminal lounge is open for passengers from 5 AM to 2 AM (local time) or till the last flight.
You can purchase lounge passes right at the lounge reception. The price to access lounges is different and can be completely free of charge for some passengers.
Bali Airport Lounges At The Domestic Terminal, DPS
Concordia Lounge
Waiting for your trip to start, you can relax at Denpasar airport’s designated lounge – Concordia. It is a minimalist lounge but it has all the facilities and services you may need before your flight.
The area is supposed to be air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi but the AC often have issues and it can get too hot. You can grab food from a small buffet table, some snacks and drinks. However, the quality of the food is not that great, so don’t expect restaurant-level dishes.
You can get some work done or charge your devices as well.
For Muslim travellers, there is a Musholla zone for prayers.
For an additional charge, you can access the VIP lounge room. The price for regular access to the Domestic Lounge is 150,000 IDR (15 AUD) per person for 3-hour access.
Where Is It: Level 2, between Gate 2 and 3, right by the escalators.
Garuda Indonesia Business Class Lounge
This VIP international lounge by Gate 6 is available for passengers of the first and business class, members of the Garuda Miles program, and Sky Team Elite Plus program. Many airlines participate in this program so check if yours are in too, however, note, that Qantas or Virgin are not part of the Sky Team.
Passengers who are flying in economy class can’t purchase lounge passes here, unfortunately. Within the lounge, the areas for first-class passengers and business-class travellers are separated, but both are tidy and decorated with wooden panels.
There are a few comfy chairs and high chairs, some plugs to charge your phone or laptop, some armchairs with coffee tables, and a massage chair. Wi-Fi is not always stable but free to use. The place is not that big and there is also only one shower.
It is the best lounge among Bali airport lounges but it is still quite simple compared to airport lounges in major airports like Singapore, Doha (Qatar), Air France and Lufthansa lounges in Europe.
You can enjoy buffet-style food (Asian and Western dishes) and drinks, some sweet pastries, and fruit.
It is open from 5 AM until the last flight.
Where Is It: Gate 1C, domestic terminal
Blue Sky Priority Pass Lounge
Right next door to Garuda Lounge, there is the Blue Sky Priority Pass airport lounge, also a popular choice and much better than Concordia.
Comfy, clean, and nice space if you have to wait longer for your flight. Food choices are good, including some vegan options you can request. Free drinks are limited to 2 glasses per person.
Lounging here in the evening you can watch the sunset.
If you need to take a shower, you need to manage to get in there, as just like Garuda Lounge, there is only one shower room.

Bali Airport Lounges At The International Terminal, DPS
Garuda Indonesia International Executive Lounge
This part of Garuda Lounge is rather small but the AC is working and it has a balcony overlooking the terminal shopping area.
The staff serves a limited menu, a few wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. Wi-Fi is not reliable and slow so don’t expect to download some movies to watch on the plane.
However, you can still relax before your trip. The price to access this lounge is around 450,000 IDR (45 AUD).
The lounge at the international terminal is easy to find – it is behind Gate 1.
Where Is It: Floor 2M, international terminal, near Gate 2
Premier Lounge (Tujuwan Lounge)
Tujuwan Lounge, formerly known as Bali Airport Premier Lounge is a medium-sized two-story lounge, that has been recently renovated.
It is a decent place to have some quiet time and relax, but food and beverages are not outstanding. Cocktails and a wine cart are a nice touch, though.
Clean and convenient bathrooms (including a bathroom for the disabled) and two showers are available, unlike other lounges in the Bali airport.
The upgraded lounge increased the access cost, it now costs around 600,000 IDR (60 AUD) to purchase lounge passes and you can enjoy the access for 3 hours maximum.
Where Is It: above Customs and Immigration check zone, International terminal departure, Mezzanine Level entrance 3rd Floor.

Final Thoughts On Bali Airport Lounges
Bali airport lounge can be a great option if you have a lot of time and you need a comfortable space to sit down and relax or work, and have some privacy. It is also your best bet if you’d like to take a shower between flights.
However, if you don’t have long waiting hours ahead, we find lounge options in DPS airport rather underwhelming for travellers flying often. You can find charging stations, cafes, and rest areas in the airport that are completely free to enjoy without having access to a premium lounge.
