Class Descriptions


This yoga allowing mind connect with the breath, and spirit into a great flow. The flow will increase the strength, flexibility for muscle, skin and blood circulation and same time for the joint, bones and ligament.




A modern-day movement with lineage inspired teachings. This class starts with a slow flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. Yin poses, passive stretches held for minutes at a time, prepare the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension. Meditation or Yoga Nidra the practices of stillness that connect us to the true essence of Yoga, finish this complete practice.
Meet our Vibrant Coaches

Maria has been practising Yoga for the last 8 years and her experience and practice brought Maria to a spiritual approach based on traditional Indian yoga, combined with the scientific one, based on yoga therapy.
Join Maria through a session of flowing with the breath through one asana to another, pausing to observe our mind and create strength and flexibility in the body. Mindful breathing in the session will also help to reconnect with our higher self and allow a life force flow freely through the energy channels.

Meli fell in love with Yoga through her personal experience and found a purpose to be free in expressing herself, free of the world’s judgement. She has 200 hours YTT and 150 hours training in Kriya Himalayan Yoga.
Through Hatha-Vinyasa, Meli’s classes encourage many to be fully present, to connect deeper with yourself and to create confidence and trust though movement. Balancing the Sun and the Moon, the Yang and the Yin. To practice with intention, flow with intuition.
Expect strength, flexibility, and concentration training while cleansing your body and calming your mind.

Almost 10 years ago When Niki first discovered yoga.
In 2017, Niki trained in Bali to be a Yoga Teacher with a school registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has since worked for several years in yoga studios and also created her own community teaching private classes and small groups. She focuses on Hatha, Vinyasa, Mandala, yin and Power Flow. Nikki Samadi: Niki is a passionate yoga teacher who is eager to help people improve their health and lifestyle through yoga practice.
Niki comes from the beautiful island of Bali, in Indonesia and has lived internationally, including Singapore for over 19 years. Now, Niki is back home and keen to share her expertise and experience.

Edi has been practicing as well as teaching yoga since 2018 and completed 200 hours TTC Hatha – Vinyasa from Udana Yoga Academy. For Edi, Yoga is no longer just a physical & spiritual practice, yoga is a new way to make life better. Along his journey, Edi also has intensively studied about inversions & arm balance. He now has the ability to integrate a range of practical techniques to help everyone love yoga. Join Edi for a one-hour yoga practice, for asanas, pranayama, & meditation to increase strength, control and awareness of body, mind and soul.

Frankie was introduced to yoga over 10 years ago. She loved how within just 1 class she was able disconnect from the busyness of the outside word and discover so much about herself and the power of yoga and meditation. It this with this passion that the teaches each class, creating flows and sequences that meet the needs of each and every student on the mat.
Over the past 6 years she has trained all over the word in many different styles from ashtanga, vinyasa ,and mandala to yin , meditation and breathwork. Now, having complete her level 2 Reiki Healing she bring a shop and kind approach to her classes, believing that yoga is for everyone regardless of age or ability.

Tao has been practicing yoga since 2007 and fell in love with the physical and spiritual benefits instantly. For Tao, Yoga is no longer just a physical practice, yoga is a new way of life. Along his journey, Tao has studied Hatha and Vinyasa. He now has the ability to integrate a range of practical techniques to help facilitate the health happiness and freedom of everyone he teaches.
Join Tao for one-hour yoga practice, which is a functional flow incorporating natural movement to increase strength, control and awareness of mind and body.
