- Your bookings are 100% refundable if the venue is closed or a special event is canceled. If the venue is open and you choose to not attend then 100% non refundable policy applies.
- The booking amendment fee is IDR 500,000 per amendment. Note – this is a fee – not applicable for minimum spend. View policy here
- An e-booking confirmation will be emailed to your designated email address.
- Guests must show booking confirmation as hard copy or on their mobile upon arrival at reception.
- No outside food and drinks are permitted in the beach club.
- No matching shirts or costumes are permitted to be worn by groups.
- Balloons and decorations are not permitted.
- Booking is not applicable for group bookings. All bookings will be treated individually.
- VIP Oceanfront Pool is adult only, 18 years and over. Children are not permitted in this area.
- Lagoon Pool is adult only, 18 years and over. Children are not permitted on Party Beds.
- No Male Australian, NZ or UK Sporting Teams or Bucks/Stag groups are permitted in Finns Beach Club or Finns VIP Beach Club.
- The management at Finns Bali reserves the right to evict a guest/group in lieu of any misconduct, damage to property or unlawful practices with immediate effect.
