General Venue Terms and Conditions 

• All bottles, merchandise and donations purchased online are in addition to minimum spend.
• Guests purchasing BOOK & SAVE “Arrive Before 3pm” bookings must arrive before 3pm to guarantee availability and bed position as the booking will be released at 3pm.
  If arriving after 3pm, Finns will use their best endeavors to find a suitable alternative but the availability and position of the bed selected cannot be guaranteed.

• Upon arrival Guests with furniture reservations must provide 1 credit card and 1 form of ID (both with the same name) as deposit.
• Tickets are valid for use only on the date written on the e-ticket.
• Guests must show booking confirmation via hard copy or mobile device upon arrival at Reception.
• If you cannot present booking confirmation or valid ID in booking name then the reservation will be denied and no refunds will be provided.
• All information given to Finns Bali must be accurate and current.
• Online bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
• After completing your booking, an automatic e-booking confirmation will be emailed to your designated email address.
• Booking is not applicable for group bookings. All bookings will be treated individually.
• Finns Bali strictly forbids selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund.
• Accepted forms of payment via online systems are credit cards and PayPal. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.
• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah excluding tax and service charge.
• Currency conversion rates are estimates only. Final payment calculations will be determined by your financial institutions.
• All Vehicles must be fully checked by security at the entrance prior to access to the premises.
• All bags or other goods in your possession will be checked upon entering Finns Beach Club’s premises. All items not permitted will be labeled and held by security until departure.
• No outside food and drinks are permitted in the venue.
• Alcoholic drinks are only served to guests 21 years and older.
• 1 welcome mimosa per eligible guest for all VIP daybed bookings.
• VIP Oceanfront Pool is adult only, 18 years and over. Children are not permitted in this area.
• Finns Beach Party is adult only, 18 years and over. Children are not permitted on Party Beds.
• Rooftop Bar is an adult only area, 18 years and over.
• Finns reserves the right to change venue layout without notice.
• No professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones are allowed into the venue without prior arrangement with Finns Marketing Department.
• No weapons or dangerous items are allowed in the venue. There will be an exception to this rule in the instance that Police or Army have to escort a VIP Guest.
• Illegal substances are not allowed in the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for possession of illegal drugs.
• Animals are not permitted in the venue.
• Inflatable pool toys are not permitted.
• Balloons and decorations are not permitted.

Refund Policy

Bookings are 100% refundable if the venue is closed or a special event is canceled.
If the venue is open and you choose not to attend, then 100% non refundable policy applies.

Amendment Policy

Date Change – available within 2 hours of making the original booking – free of charge. Requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@finnsbeachclub.com within 2 hours of making the original booking.
Please note: reservations office hours are 9am – 6pm daily. Requests outside of office hours will be responded to the following morning.
Furniture upgrades can be made at any time, subject to availability.

Date change requests more than 2 hours from booking time are available, subject to availability at latest the day prior to booking date with an amendment fee of Rp 500,000.
Note – this is a fee – not valid as minimum spend credit.
Amendment requests must be submitted in writing with original booking confirmation attached to reservations@finnsbeachclub.com by latest 5pm (Bali time) the day prior to your booking.
Failure to attend on the day of booking is considered a no show and 100% cancellation fee applies.

Dress Code

Smart Casual dress standard applies.

• Male – tshirts, shorts/board shorts and thongs/sandals are the minimum dress standard.
• Female – shirt/blouse, shorts, sarong and footwear are the minimum dress standard.

No matching shirts or costumes are permitted to be worn by groups.

Force Majeure

If for any reason Finns Management determines that services purchased can not be provided in full, the booking date may be amended free of charge or a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
Potential Force Majeure conditions include but are not limited to volcanic activity, fire, strike, flood, earthquake, riots, war, acts of terrorism or government actions.

Important Informations

• By your participation, you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with water sports and other activities at our beach club and the inherent risks associated with any activity in or near water.
  You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgment.
• We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Finns Beach Club.
• All personal belongings are solely the guests responsibility. Finns Bali takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.
• Guests understand that photos and video footage may be taken for advertising, promotion, and marketing purposes.
• Restrictions or limitations on access to the beach club and beach may be imposed at any time.
• We may close the complete beach club, specific areas and/or the beach on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is affected, Finns Reservations will contact you as soon as possible and advise the alternatives.
• We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time.

Finns Group Policy

• Finns Bali has a zero tolerance policy for bad behavior that affects the enjoyment of other guests in our venues.
• Finns Bali reserves the right to evict a guest or complete group immediately if excessive damage, nuisance or unlawful activities occur. If required, the relevant Indonesian authority will be contacted.
• Finns Bali’s decision is final and nil refund will be given in this case.
• No Male Australian, NZ or UK Sporting Teams or Bucks/Stag groups are permitted in Finns Beach Club or Finns VIP Beach Club.
